TRAI is in action recommending to the Government to make the life of users easier by stopping the collection of unnecessary personnel information and to remove the onesided user Agreements which APP makers & Companies insist.
Now, if the recommendations are implemented the Consumers need not give their consent for all the Terms & Conditions & can be selective in choosing the terms.
These recommendations of TRAI go a long way in data protection prohibiting violation of applicable laws.
The recommendation that the information created by the Consumers & Companies APP makers have no right over them is a major reformer Clause.
The initiative of the Telecom Regulation Authority of India (TRAI) to the Government to make the laws related to data protection stricter and stringent is a welcome move in the interest of development of laws related to data protection helping the Consumers.
